Professional Life

Gill first trained and taught as a primary school teacher before completing a master’s degree in theology. She was ordained in the Anglican Church in 2006 and has served in school, parish, and leadership roles in both Johannesburg and Perth. She is currently the co-ordinator for Ministry Wellbeing and Development in the Anglican Diocese of Perth, while also growing her practice as a professional supervisor. She is committed to bringing a reflexive lens to all her work and strives to foster a spirit of curiosity, generosity, hospitality, and collaboration. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and inclusive practice.

Supervision Background

Gill completed Supervision WA's Advanced Training Course in Professional Supervision in 2023 and again in 2025, when she served as an assistant trainer. At the same time, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Professional Supervision from the Institute for Pastoral Supervision and Reflective Practice (IPSRP) and is an Associate member of the Institute. In this role, she now co-trains their Diploma course and is developing a range of professional development and retreat opportunities for supervisors. Gill holds supervisor accreditation with AAoS.

Supervision Services Offered

Gill offers supervision to individuals and in group settings, both in-person and online. Her supervisees work in a range of pastoral, ministry, disability, and educational settings. She also offers mentoring and supervision to those training to become supervisors.
